Adding Classes Late

This form is for adding a class after the quarter has started. If you need to add classes for a future quarter, please use the regular enrollment process (through LionsLink). After you submit this form, an email will go to the Professor for permission to add the class.

Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech) complies with state guidelines on enrollment. We must document reasons for late additions. The information below helps determine any enrollment or FTE credit.

When registering for courses you are obligated to pay the tuition and fees for those classes on the first day of the term. Students should pay at the time of registration or enroll in the payment plan program. If you enroll in a payment plan you must withdraw by the scheduled refund dates to receive the refund outlined in college refund policy. Students who enroll after the first day of the term must pay tuition and fees at the time of registration. Students with unpaid tuition and fees may be dropped from classes. Unpaid balances may be sent to collections and students may be responsible for any collection and legal fees.

Instructor Information

The Enrollment Services office will contact your instructor to confirm dates of attendance and give permission to add the class.
